“We worked with Paul from Mantis Design Build on a home restoration project, a turn-of-the-century Victorian farmhouse now in the middle of a neighborhood in Minneapolis. He had a great eye for detail and gave excellent advice on both how to do things right and how not to do them wrong! The project progressed smoothly with all the craftsmen used by Paul completing their portion of the work with skill. Give Paul a chance to look at your project! In the end, you’ll look back and say it was the best decision you could have made as you enjoy the space he created for you.”

“Nate Jurmu of Frontier Structures did a remodel project for us last fall. Our final project turned out beautiful! It was finished on schedule and slightly under budget. I appreciated the quality of the work and also the good, timely and responsive communication that Nate always provided. He responded to emails and phone calls promptly, arrived when he said he was coming and worked to coordinate all the different components to our project so that the job could be completed as scheduled. “In June 2011 we started work with Bob Michels Construction. Bob and his team were extremely helpful, patient and respectful in helping us to realize our dream renovations. The project which began as a bathroom remodel, grew to be an entire home model. The project was carefully planned to allow us to continue use of our home and disruption was limited. Bob Michels utilizied top-notch, highly professional sub-contractors to ensure a quality job. Bob Michels is highly knowledgeable, has a wonderful attitude, meets deadlines and sticks to budgets and above all really places himself in his customers shoes! Bob and Andy went above and beyond for us and provided a beautiful renovation, that far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home or remodel an exisiting one.”

“I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”

“We have been in our Lang Builders Inc home for about 8 months now and love it still just as much as the day we moved in and probably more. We were able to design a custom home and include specifics we wanted. Lang Builders Inc was great to work with in all phases of construction from choosing our land to our final walk through and questions that we have had to care for our home. We were able to build our Dream home and love having our children enjoy this beautiful home. We will definitely use Lang Builders again for our future projects (barn, 4 season porch, cabin). Amazing experience!”

“Orfield's have done two remodeling projects for me. A complete kitchen remodel included a bump-out to add space to a small dysfunctional kitchen. I live in a historical area and they had to get the plans approved by the Historical Preservation committee since they involved changing the outside of the building. They do quality work and take care of all the details. The second project was a complete basement bathroom remodel. It involved removing a sump pump, installing a new shower, toilet and vanity. The tilework and detail around the wrap-around shower made what could have been a regular basement bathroom a bit more classy. I was very satisfied with both remodel projects and enjoyed working with Orfields and all their contractors.”
