“I have used City Lights for 3 major renovation jobs in the past 13 years. We purchased a 90 year old Arts & Crafts bungalow style home in St. Louis that needed updating. Randy at City Lights listened, brought skilled craftsmen, adhered to budget and timeframes and helped us make our house our home. We spent $30K on the first renovation which included re-routing a stair case, renovating the kitchen and updating a master bedroom. We spent about $15K on the 2 subsequent renovations which included finishing the basement with bath installation and updating the master bath. Our updates blend perfectly with the historic features, leaving us with ease and convenience.”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”

“We have hired JMS Solutions twice now and are very satisfied with the quality of their work. JMS work force is polite, courteous and professional. They are also skilled craftsmen of the trade. Their workers never left their worksite cluttered. When they left for the day the site was always clean up. JMS was on time with their work and within budget. We had our main bathroom remodeled by JMS. The bathroom looks great and the shower is something we are very happy with. We had outside work done as well. We had siding put on, our windows calked and repaired, new doors hung, two new outside faucets replaced and the entire outside of our house painted. Quality work by a quality work force led by courteous and knowledgeable owners, Jason Smith and Nathan Wallace. We were pleased with JMS Solutions in the past and will go with them in the near future.”
