“This year we finally decided to make a renovation of our bathroom as we wanted. We were a little worried about hiring someone because usually, we did everything by ourselves - but it was very slow and nervous! So we decided to take that risk (and I must say very happy that we did it!) and began to browse sites and advertisements for repair services on the Internet. We found Evolution Group. I was hooked by the fact that in Insta I could see lots of videos with details, how the work was done. It's convenient and makes people trust you. After the application, the measurer arrived the next day (!), looked at everything, measured, counted, and immediately made an estimate of the work. A day later, we signed an agreement with the foreman, and the brigade began work in 2 days. As a result, the renovation was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the EG company. Even after completion we continually consult and use him for new projects and upkeep. He built our home on schedule and came in on budget. We were continually surprised at Gordon's vast knowledge on everything from digging a well to picking out fixtures in the bathrooms and everything in between. If someone wasn't immediately available our calls or emails were always returned promptly. Building our home was truly a great experience and we would use Lancor again in a heartbeat. “My project included gut rehabs of a kitchen, basement and two bathrooms and re-configuring bedroom, bathroom and breakfast room walls, in a 1927 Tudor. Frank Cioffi (the owner of 4 Rivers) is the ultimate professional. He's personally on the job. He's easy to work with and communicates well. Frank cares about getting his work done right. He didn't take shortcuts that could have saved him time and money, but would have left me with an imperfect job. When unanticipated conditions arise, Frank is ready to propose multiple ways to address the problem. Invariably, in a big job they'll be some minor fixes required after the job is complete. Frank promptly responded, when needed.”

“I cannot say enough about my experience with Precision. What started out as perhaps just a bathroom addition in the basement, turned into a full-fledged basement project. Ben and his team did an exceptional job. They came on time, stayed late and cleaned up after themselves. I have hired plenty of contractors and I WILL NOT use anyone else besides Precision. The same crew (which I appreciated) came each day. The project took on many dimensions from the plumbing issues (sewer clearance), old boiler (replaced and added 2 new steam radiators (thank you Sanford!!!)), the new electrical panel (thanks Justin!!!) the moving of basement pillars, the dropped floor, the accent wall (thank you Jeray, Wendy, Francisco and Vitaly!!!), the epoxy floor (thank you Alex!!!), the crazy bathroom tile, new stairs...they did it all. Did I spend more than I intended to...yes, but it was well worth the extra expenses. It did take almost 5 months to complete, but the results are amazing. Again, I've hired many people, but am so happy I found Precision. Many thanks again, especially to Ben (project manager) and Alex, who calmed my fears both day, night and weekends. It is a year later and I am STILL finding things for them to do. You will NOT be disappointed.”

“I hired DYR-EX for a bathroom renovation back in July 2015. The price was very reasonable and the end result was professionally done and beautiful. The job entailed gutting an existing bathroom 9x5 and rebuilding it back with tiles on the floor and walls, new plumbing hardware, electrical, tub, vanity, toilet etc. It is real nice to have a new bathroom that is sleek, warm and inviting.”

“Carlos’ company just finished the third job for me in three months. You can’t beat the quality, prices, or professionalism of this company! The job was to replace the roof (removing the two layers that were there), replace the soffit, and fix the overhang over the doors. Carlos sent me photo updates every few hours! This was great because I couldn’t see much from any angle on the ground. With his photos I was able to see the old roof layers completely removed, that the plywood was in great shape, how the new roof looked with any venting coming through, etc. He completely rebuilt the overhang over the doors to pitch the roof so water won’t pool there anymore! Above and beyond! I hadn’t realized we would need the next door neighbors to move their vehicles (incase of any falling debris) and to rest the ladders in their driveway.. Carlos spoke to them and explained politely so they had no reservations. He cleaned up every piece of debris and screw/nail from their property and mine (used a magnet to be sure). I have recommended him to all my friends and family!”
