“Jim Barton from Barton Legacy Builders was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His work was quality craftsmanship and he fulfilled all requirement of the contracts we had with him. He tore out rebuilt the floor of our deck and stairs in a a professional manner and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. We liked his work so much that we hired him a second time to tear down and rebuild stairs at another property. I highly recommend him as a contractor. I have already passed his name along to a couple of other friends.”

“I have utilized Jason and his team at STL Build Pro for a number of projects over the years and they have always done a great job at a great price! They have done everything for small fixes all the way to a major remodel on our house and are very easy to work with and do great quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were professional and did have to come back after the initial repair to install lateral lines due to continued leaks, it was all part of the covered plan and was done without additional cost. “We recently contracted with Streamline Home Services to finish our basement after talking to three other companies. Connor Duffy worked hard to get our business and he didn't disappoint us. He also offered the best value. He is an excellent general contractor and his work process flowed very well. He kept us informed about who was coming and how long their process would take (plumbers, electricians, dry wall installers, painters etc). He had a good rapport with his workers, as well as with us and the workers were very respectful. He follows through on his promises. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I would recommend him to others.”

“Our experience with Las Aguilas Contracting was a bit unusual, because we had a fairly standard bath converted into a specialty one for a recovering invalid. These folks extended every courtesy for my husband, who had neck surgery. They waited to start full remodeling until all the special equipment was available, allowing full access to the toilet and vanity every night, while converting the bath area into a walk-in shower with fold down bench. A riser for the commode was located, and a vanity with special plumbing, Finally, non-slide tiles were installed across the room. They did a fantastic job--their workmen often working on the week-end, on budget. We will use them again on our next remodeling project.”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”
