“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“Two words-hire Jeff. In 10 months, we leveled an old farm house and built a masterpiece with Jeff and Pacific Crest Buildes. We found Jeff to be collaborative, creative, cost conscious and reliable. As important, as a GC, Jeff managed a strong core of subs that completed all work to our satisfaction. We were delighted with our house, Jeff and his team. Our only regret is that Prop 30 chased us from CA and we had to sell this fantastic home. Having just completed the remodel from hell in Texas with the anti-Jeff, we value his process more now than ever. In my opinion, you owe it to yourself to interview Jeff. “Bonny and her crew remodeled our master bathroom for us, and we liked her work so much, we called her again when we were ready for a kitchen update! She is a quality contractor, and master communicator, and I knew from how she approached our initial project conversations she would be a good match for my husband and myself. She uses high quality materials, is thorough, stays on calendar and budget, and has high expectations for her workers. Regardless of what was being done during the day, when the workers left at the end of the day, our house was neat and cleaned from the days work. Bonny has remodeled several kitchens or bathrooms in the neighborhood, and I have heard nothing but the highest praise.”

“Our project is not finished yet but so far so good! We hired Devlin Fish of Kane Pacific after interviewing three other contractors. We felt Devlin's knowledge, experience, listening skills and ability to ask the right questions, along with his pricing - were the right combination for us. We are completely gutting our kitchen, family room, entry and living room. Devlin and his crew have been pleasant to work with, clean up the job site every day and work hard. We are just getting into the electrical and our first inspection so I will update this recommendation as we go and post photos.”

“Great, professional and VERY trustworthy construction company. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms besides the laundry room and garage. The entire remodeling project was completed on time & within the promised budget, while there was no unexpected issues or problems that couldn’t be solved OR left aside. Our remodeling project was Ben and he was always on top of everything related to the project. He made sure that the workers will arrive each day to the house and that the daily tasks were achieved on the best side. More than that, any issue or problem that accord, was solved in a very timely manner with Ben supervision and the working crew who were very friendly, organized and clean. We must admit that they were not the cheapest BUT they were worth each and every penny. We highly recommend Green Bay Builders and we will hire them again.”

“Let me start by saying I received several bids for this job and felt that ArchiDesign was the most straightforward and easy to communicate with in regards to our vision. I hired this company to complete two additions, complete a floor plan overhaul with updates, add a bathroom and indoor laundry to the small fixer upper that I have purchased. The construction is well beyond the halfway point and I have been impressed with the work and the rate that the work has been completed at. Peter, the general contractor has been very honest and helpful when making decisions especially decisions that would affect our budget. This crew also works fast not leaving any stone unturned. This crew is working faster than another larger crew down the street. Everyone on this crew have been professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Peter has responded quickly to address any of our concerns and is the first contractor I've known to work ahead of schedule! I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to add square footage to their house or remodel any rooms in their home.”
