“King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”

“We hired I.M. Contracting to renovate our basement into a place where we could entertain, relax and watch tv, listen to our music collection, and work on our computer. Ian McGann, the owner of I.M. Contracting, worked with us to create the most amazing space. Ian has a great team of professionals ( electricians, painters, carpet installers, etc) who worked seamlessly with us as our basement was transformed into an awesome space to accommodate all of our needs and desires. In addition to being a skilled craftsman, Ian is also amazingly talented in assisting with design issues - paint colors, lighting, flooring options, etc. We loved working with I.M. Contracting on our lower level so much, we hired Ian McGann and his team to renovate/redesign our living room, dining room, and kitchen!”

“The entire project was awesome! We decided to double the size of our house while living in the existing portion as the build took place. Troy and Cindy coordinated and communicated with us during the entire project. It was incredible to see the pieces come together. Everyone on the crew kept things cleaned-up and orderly during the build. The quality of the materials used was top shelf!! Troy was open to change orders as we had a few and always had great confidence that they could do the work. The fit and finish inside and out is amazing. We often say how much we love the new addition and dubbed it the West-Wing due to the location. Thank you Troy, Todd and Cindy and your entire crew! You're the best!”
