From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“King built our beautiful new barn, perfectly executing the gorgeous design by Gardner/Fox Associates. The project required careful demolition of our old barn, preserving the existing tack room, and building a new 5 stall barn on the existing foundation. The crew was skilled, pleasant, and fast. The staging and management of materials was impressive. They used a Pettibone lift in ingenious ways. The whole project wa completed in 81 days and we could not be happier. Super high quality people and product.”

He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. He has done small projects for me such as building out a closet in my kitchen and then done jobs as large as redesigning an entire home for one of my closest friends. Love him.”

This was really a process finding a company to ease my doubts on hiring another random contractor. After speaking with Elite I had a good feeling but still was hesitant because I've had that before and turned out not so good. “Turner Troxell did a complete kitchen and basement renovation. They also built a screened porch and deck, moved our laundry room to the second floor and built a closet for it, and replaced several existing windows. They did a beautiful job and were wonderful to work with. They paid very close attention to detail and didn't miss anything (especially Jim!). We never had to move out of our house and they worked around our schedules and our kids. Everyday they would rebuild me a makeshift sink so that I didn't have to go very long without a sink or water in the kitchen. All of the people who worked for Turner Troxell, as well as their subcontractors, were great! I trusted all of them enough to give them full access to my house regardless of whether I was home. Finally, there were a few surprises along the way given the age of our house. Doug Turner and his employees worked through everything that came their way! I highly recommend them for any home remodel or renovation!”
