“Grenor Homes firstly are a highly organized crew of builders. They always have very experienced trades working with on site. I painted one of their projects and have to say they were the best contractors I have worked with here in BC. Their site was always kept very clean while work was taking place. Everything was completed to a high standard which made it easy for trades to work in sync. I would highly recommend Dan and Greg the owners of Grenor Homes to anyone who wanted to work with honest, reliable and hard working contractors, both are extremely detailed oriented and both will not except anything less than a perfect job from their workers. If you are looking for a home builder who will make sure everything from start to the finish is completed to the highest possible standard these are the guys who will provide that service. Drew and his team were all very personable and professional. The project was completed on time, on spec and within budget. “When we were planning our kitchen renovations, Justin and JL Construction were recommended by our kitchen designer to oversee and manage the work. When we initially met with Justin, it was clear to us that he was the right person for the job. At the start of the project, he provided us with a detailed budget and schedule for the renovations, and worked throughout the process to stay on budget and on schedule without compromising the quality of the work. Justin retained the various sub-contractors and coordinated their work and this made the process hassle and stress free, as far as we were concerned. He always ensured that the renovation areas were kept clean, which was important since we were still living in the house during the renovations. We are now planning renovations for our garage and we have hired JL Construction once again for the work.”
