I had a stupid accident by letting rust remover sit on my beautiful green granite for a couple hours while I went shopping. I was devastated when I saw the damage. I called Capital Granite as they were first to appear in my search. I was told by them that there was nothing I could do, that I had completely ruined my granite. I looked again and found Artistic Stone Design. Bonnie, who answered the phone commiserated with me and had me send her pictures of the damage. She called back and said she would forward the pictures to her colleague, "the best in the business". She said she was pretty sure something could be done. I just had my granite repaired and couldn't be happier. Artistic came through and I will recommend them to anyone.

Everything about Artistic Stone Design was wonderful! Lea was very engaged in what we wanted and was very helpful in making our choices. Special time was taken with the person that came to measure the counter space and make recommendations on the best process. Appointments made were on time. Installers were on time, courteous, and professional. It took less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend Artistic Stone Design for remodeling and stone selection.

Lots of great customer care and quality products and installation. Easy to work with as far as schedules and assisting in customer selections. Would have liked to have some products, manuals or training on how to maintain my countertops after installation though.

Artistic stone is the best! There are lots of stone options and they will guide you through the whole process. I had a kitchen badly in need of a new cooktop, dishwasher and faucet. The old laminate wasn't in too bad of shape. I worked with Harrel who coordinated his team and a plumber to be here the same day. He and Tucker, who measured, took into consideration all the nuances of a 1965 kitchen. The measurements were perfect. The two installers did a fabulous job. I had a fully functioning kitchen by the end of the day. I love my kitchen!

We are very happy with our counter. They did a wonderful job steering us in the right direction after hearing our needs. Installation was quick and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone I worked with at Artistic Stone was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. They have a beautiful selection of stone and you can access their slab yard 24 hours a day. Artistic was the only fabricator in town who could make a custom soapstone sink to match my counter tops. It is amazing!!! They made every effort to ensure our new countertops were perfect and they are exactly that! I would definitely recommend checking Artistic Stone out for your next renovation!

From initial consultation to install, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Love our new counters. Would definitely use them again.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about this company. I tried working with Lowes on stone counter top replacement. Needless to say it was a disaster. I found Artistic Stone on my own, after visiting their showroom and talking with Billy Stephens we were sold, Lowes was dumped. You can view the shop from the showroom as they cut and polish the stone. We picked out a slab that day, within 13 working days the template was made and Quartz counter tops were installed. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. 5 star quality and service. I normally don't write reviews (good or bad) however I was compelled to express our delight to have work with such a reputable company.

The work completed as well as the customer service was poor and very disappointing. The seams of our stone countertop are noticeably uneven and discolored. The lady we worked with recommended the product we selected, and she assured us that the seams would blend and not be noticeable. This is not the case. The thickness is uneven throughout and there are noticeable black smudges. The seams were done so poorly, that the countertop has actually broken TWICE since install. We paid for a new countertop and the band-aid solution is not satisfactory. In addition to this problem, the garbage disposal switch was installed in the incorrect location and our cooktop was damaged during the installation. I would not recommend using this company. Unsatisfactory for a new house and new countertops. Don't waste your money like we did.
