Andy and his crew are amazing! They completely repainted the interior of our house, refinished the stair banister and kitchen cabinets. I am so happy with the results of our project. First time I had Andy out to the house, it was to give me a quote on my fence. I was fully prepared to replace the entire thing, including ground posts. But as Andy started shaking the ground posts, he turned to me and said, "Most of these have about 10 years left in them. I'm only going to quote you for what needs to be replaced and the pickets." Right then and there I was sold on Falcon. Andy's team did a phenomenal job, and his quote was more than reasonable. Next up on our list of needs, we are going to have our master bathroom remodeled. We won't use anyone but Falcon for this project. Their guys were so professional, kind, clean and neat on the last project, that I feel like this is almost too good to be true. Don't get me wrong, any kind of construction is a pain in the butt, but at least with the Falcon guys they make me believe they care about my home, their work and the final product. Anyways, these are the folks to use. Andy runs the show over at Falcon. If he's on board, these are the guys to go with.

I found Andy to be very professional and patient, especially for someone who knows nothing about updating a home. He was also so reasonable in his pricing. I started with upgrading my windows, and I had three quotes and I found that Andy was easy to talk to and someone that I could work well with. I could express my concerns and I knew he wouldn’t laugh at me. He was patient and kind and explained to me why he was doing things in a particular way.

Andy and his team were great to work with. They showed a deep knowledge of the requirements needed when dealing with an older home. My bathroom remodel looks great, and is built to last - no shortcuts. Contact was maintained throughout the process via phone calls or personal visits. This hands-on approach sets Falcon apart in my opinion. It's reassuring to see the general contractor himself, in person, whenever hiccups or problems arise. There were a few "surprises" on my job, but they were quickly and properly assessed with solutions found in a timely manner. Having a clear plan for what you want, and expressing that with Andy, was key to our success. We listened carefully to his suggestions, even when they didn't totally align with what we thought was best. It helped make for a better product, and a much easier process.

We had Falcon install new single pane windows and repaint the whole house. From start to finish Andy was really good at making sure I was in the loop and not only happy with the product selection but also the time frame and the guys doing the labor work. All projects get a little messy but they were good at making sure the common areas and furniture were taken care of.

He lives close and so every evening he would stop by to check in and make sure the work was done and the project was on time. Really on top of things. He always checked to make sure things were being done correctly and would fix things right away. He had a vision that was ideally what I wanted. Turned out fantastic and was completed a week ahead of schedule.

They were courteous, very knowledgeable, the work was neat, and the inconvenience to me and my family was very little. They were very respectful of us living there and worked around us.
