Leo remodeled our entire kitchen for us - floors, counters, drywall, outlets, sink, faucet, backsplash, cabinets, and appliances. Having a kitchen remodel done with two small kids at home is difficult, but Leo worked very hard to get this entire project done in just 3 weeks. He was here on time every day and worked quickly and with remarkable attention to detail. The quality of his work is outstanding! He’s a total pro and we will definitely hire him for all of our future house projects.

My husband and I hired Leo to do a full kitchen remodel. He helped us design it using drawings and even made it simple by sending us links to purchase appliances, sinks, faucets, etc for ease to achieve our goal. Not only is Leo very good in skill at his job, but he is enjoyable to be around. His communication through our remodel was always very clear. He was always punctual and stayed long hours to get the work done to stay on schedule. We will hire Leo for all our future house projects without hesitation.

We hired KSN to build a completely new bathroom, remodel our kitchen, powder room, and build a handful of new closets in our home. We are so thrilled with how it turn out. Leo was professional, prompt, and finished the project ahead of schedule. We were so impressed with his work ethic and commitment to get the job done well and on time. We also found him to be an excellent communicator - something that is not easy to find among contractors. We have already recommended him to our friends and family, and would absolutely be calling him for future projects.

I can't speak for the quality of the work, I suspect it might be good but all I got was a wasted day off work to meet with Leo to get an estimate, and then never so much as a return call or email. I outlined what the project entailed prior to our meeting, so Leo had the opportunity to decline our meeting if the job was too small or he was not interested. However, instead he rushed through our initial meeting like he was late to be somewhere else, adding a few less than professional comments while he inspected the work to be done. I expected this to be a $10,000 to $15,000 renovation, but based on our initial meeting I will spend my money elsewhere.

Tim,

We are very sorry that you felt that way but based on our conversation with you, Leo and you verbally agreed to update your list that you had and supposed to email updated list to Leo but we never got any updated list as you were not sure what to do with doors, do you want keep open closet in office or not, was not sure if you want wood railings or drywall and you wanted to do some work and some work to be done by KSN Construction. We are the company that typically take job from start to finish in order to provide the best possible service and quality along with labor warranty.

Leo asked you to provide drawings and you where not able to provide it since many repairs that have happened in the house were violation of the local codes and done by homeowner/contractor that were not licensed, without any parmit and regulation of local village code.

Leo has notice many violation of code such as electrical, framing etc. and we cannot take job and continue what has been done by homeowners, instead we needed to do it all new and with permit but we didn't get any updated list per verbal conversation and we tried to reach out to you once via phone but never get response.

We worked with Leo and his KSN Construction group to update our basement, and they did great work. We have received numerous compliments about our basement transformation. After Leo's initial visit, he brought his team for the second visit, which really helped us communicate our objectives and ensure everyone was on the same page. Leo provided a project timeline and maintained the schedule. Equally important, Leo communicated regularly regarding the next steps and the status of the work. Leo and his team are hardworking, reliable, responsive, and kept an orderly work area. Our basement is now brighter, warmer, and a more functional space. We will contact Leo/KSN if we have a project in the future.

We were referred to KSN Construction by family as he did a great job with updating their bathroom. We had Leo install the backsplash in our kitchen and replace the kitchen faucet. He gave a very reasonable quote for the job and was available very soon to do the work. Before the job, Leo was very quick responding to the questions I had and was accessible by either phone or email. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of work that Leo did putting up the backsplash and installing the new faucet. He even re-caulked our kitchen sink without charging us since it was in need of some new caulk. For any project in the future, we would definitely go back with KSN Construction.
