We are wholly pleased with our recent walk-in tub installation by MARS Project Management! Each appointment was kept (always on time!), and we were treated with courtesy and professionalism by all company representatives and workmen, working together to help us realize the extensive professional master bath redesign + specialty tub installation we wanted. Work started on schedule, the workmen went to great lengths to protect carpets and other surfaces in our home, and even worked to minimize any scheduling inconveniences to us. Communication throughout was outstanding, and all phone calls and e-mails were always addressed promptly. The project was completed on time with no surprise or hidden costs. Complete clean-up at the end of each workday, thorough cleaning upon completion of the project. Only top-quality materials + fixtures were used, our walk-in tub fits perfectly into the space that was custom made for it, and the tub fills and drains quickly and correctly. Close inspection of the workmanship for this installation reveals outstanding attention to detail: Drywall repair/replacement (as needed) is perfect. The tub's alcove is floored with expertly-installed high-grade Lifeproof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and finished with 1.5” baseboards, flooring and baseboards installed even where they are no longer visible now that the tub is in place! The finished product is even more functional and attractive than anticipated, suiting our wants and needs perfectly. RECOMMENDED!

The Mars Project Crew did an excellent job in adding a stand alone tub to our bathroom. They guided me step by step through the entire process. They estimated the total cost and they were right on the money. They started and completed the job faster than I expected. I was thoroughly impressed with Jason and John. They were friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with them. They hired the best most knowledgeable contractors. I liked the fact that these contractors went through a background check before they get hired. You never know who you let in your home. Jason and John are always available to answer my questions and I never felt inconvenienced. I had both bathrooms redone. The master bath would be done in tile and the hall bath in Sentrel. Jason provided me with an estimate of my requested materials as well as an estimate of using Sentrel in both baths. My experience is that this team will go above and beyond to meet their customers needs and requests. During the job, I decided not to have the ceilings painted. during the final check, I reversed that and asked for them to be painted. This required additional time of heir employees and potentially impacting their customers. I will consider them for any future projects.
