I had a very complex roof repair and Panda was one of the few companies in town that could handle the task. In fact, they were incredibly responsive and professional unlike many of the roofing businesses in Vero Beach. Once they began the work, they found and repaired many other hidden issues that could have been easily covered up. In addition to being very responsive, they truly care about their customers and made sure we were completely satisfied. Panda will not be the least expensive quote, but we found the price competitive and certainly value the quality of work.

I recommended Panda Contractors to my next door neighbor to install a new roof on his residence. After this project was completed, I hired Panda to inspect and repair my roof, which is eleven years old. Minor repair was done, as a result of the original roof contractor not paying attention to details. Anyway, I feel confident that my roof is now in good shape. Panda's price was very reasonable. Panda is currently in the process of installing a new deck and other work for my son, who resides in Summer Place.

Panda put on a new roof for us about seven years ago. They did a great job and I would hire them again. In fact, I did hire them. They just cleaned my roof (May 2017) and again they were very good at what they do.

They repaired my roof in a timely manner and did a great professional job. Thy did the job correctly and did not cut corners. IE: Copper was used for the flashing instead of aluminum. They also took photos of the work done so that I could see for myself in hard to reach places .

Two years ago we relocated to Florida and we were looking for a contractor to inspect and repair the roof on a home that we were about to purchase. After reading many online reviews, we decided to try Panda Contractors. Isaac Perez came right out to the house, walked the roof and inspected the attic for signs of water leakage. He provided many photos of his inspection. We were very happy with his professional manner, thorough inspection and subsequent repairs. All work was quoted in writing in advance and we were very satisfied with the promptness and quality of the work performed. A few weeks ago we had Panda Contractors pressure wash and treat our tile roof. The workmen worked most of the day cleaning and treating it. They really put in the time. Now, it looks like new. The advantage of employing an experienced roofing contractor cannot be overemphasized. They know how to walk on a tile roof to minimize damage. We have heard horror stories of people hiring inexperienced pressure washing contractors only to learn that their roof tiles had been cracked and would require repairs as a consequence of carelessness. Not so with Panda, and in the unlikely event that a tile or two is cracked, they will repair them as part of their contract. They don't just walk away. We are pleased with Panda Contractors and would recommend them for all of your general contracing needs.

We used Isaac Perez and Panda Contractors to repair our roof and to complete painting in our family room and kitchen. We received a written quote for the job and the actual invoice was exactly the same as the quote. The job was done on time , at the agreed upon price and the work exceeded our expectations

We had a major roofing project done by Panda Contractors. I dealt with Isaac, Steve and others throughout. Their proposal was the most detailed and thorough. The price was in the middle. The result was excellent. It wasn't a planned project, but I feel it was done right and adds to our confidence in the home and it's long term value.
