I originally hired Residential Repair after they were recommended to me by a structural engineer, to remove a load bearing wall in my house to open my kitchen up to my living room. This was to be the first step in an overall kitchen remodel my wife and I were hoping to complete someday. I could not have made a better choice. Residential Repair was professional in every respect. They exceed my expectations on every level. Their team of craftsmen were not only highly skilled, they were courteous and respectful of my home and of my family. They gave me the sense that they were working on my house as if it was their very own. Before choosing Residential Repair my wife and I met with and talked to a number of contractors, eight to be exact. Over and over we had the same experience, either we were given very high “loose” estimates that we were told could vary based on what was found once the project started or given nothing at all. Residential Repair not only gave us a reasonable price; they also gave a us detailed statement of work that outlined what they were going to do along with the assurance that there would be no hidden surprise additional fees. They gave us a quote and did not stray away by a dime. They provided a time estimate for the completion of the project and they stayed right on track. They did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said they would do it at the price they said they would do it for. I was so impressed and pleased with their work that I turned to them again later in the year to complete a full, gut to the walls, kitchen remodel. My experience was the same. Rock- solid skilled craftsmen, courteous and respectful of both my home and my family who completed the job on time and within budget as if it was their very own their own home. I recommended Residential Repair to my parents earlier this year when they decided to remodel one of two bathrooms in their home. Once more the job was so well done that they were hired again to remodel the second bathroom. Both of those projects, like my kitchen, came out spectacular. Neither my folks nor me could be happier. There are a lot of companies out there doing remodeling work but in my mind there is only one, Residential Repair. Honest, courteous, respectful, highly skilled craftsmen who seemed solely focused on delivering the highest quality at a fair price. I cannot over state it, this is a great company with great folks that do a great job at very fair prices. I give these guys two thumbs up with the confidence to know that anyone using them will walk away as pleased with their work as I am.

We love working with Residential Repair. They are one of the most straight forward and organized contractors we work with. Communication is clear and prompt. One of their biggest strengths is having very skilled people that work for them full time. This makes projects more continuous and their finished product more consistent. It also doesn't hurt that they are fun people and a joy to work with!
