WoW! I have used Silver Sparrow for a home remodel and my business remodel. She is amazing. She heard everything I said and made it happen. She has a steady crew of great guys which is always nice, since I saw them a lot. As far as I am concerned this is the only contractor in San Diego! Really. Erin’s Silver Sparrow GC company provided direction and supervision on several Upper end projects that I was Providing rough wood framing. She was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with all aspects of these complicated projects. I continue to work her and Silver Sparrow on many future endeavors.

Erin Calver of Silver Sparrow Development was the general contractor who remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, and guest bathroom. This involved demo down to the studs and rafters; obtaining permits to move load bearing interior walls; opening new windows and doors to the outdoors; reworking plumbing, including replacing all sewer lines under the house; rewiring electrical, including installation of a major sub-panel; and of course redoing all drywalls, ceiling and floors. Ms. Calver and her team did this job on schedule and on budget, were always on time, and always left the place clean at the end of each day. She dealt with all permitting issues, with the delivery of new appliances (and replacement on at least two instances) and the disposal or recycling of all previous ones. She handled unforeseen complications associated with asbestos in the old flooring and roofing repairs with a constant cheerful smile. She and her team also found a way to install a temporary kitchen and laundry facility in the back of the house, that allowed the job to proceed without requiring us to move out. Her obvious competence and positive attitude were contagious to her entire team. They clearly like each other, like working together, like her organization skills, and respect her leadership. Her relationship with the designer we had hired to prepare the plans was very effective from the get-go, which saved us many hassles during construction, as well as money in the long run. We were also very impressed by the efficient and very professional way she dealt with an out-of-town cabinet maker whom we insisted on employing after seeing his bamboo work. I would very strongly recommend her and her team to anyone contemplating a construction or remodeling job.

Erin and I have worked together on several projects of various scale over the last 10 years, and I recommend her for any residential construction project large or small. I appreciate her attention to detail and her desire to provide a great product to her customers. I am impressed by the wealth of knowledge and experience that she brings to table. She is flexible and able to work with a customers specific needs and requirements.
