“Good communication. They come out to your house with tons of samples so you can see what everything will look like right in your home. I was indecisive in the planning stage (I hadn't even decided on the type of floor!) and the sales rep was very patient and helpful, and priced out several different options for me. When I brought up a minor issue after installation they were very eager to fix it and quick in sending someone out. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but the level of service was worth it.”

“They have a small compact showroom but it includes a lot more than what we could find in most big outlets. Very friendly and informed staff. The sales rep was extremely patient and helpful. “K&Q did an amazing job with a tile removal and hardwood floor install -- I've now got a gorgeous, beautifully stained, rustic oak hardwood floor. We're in the midst of a big project -- restoring a 1920s bungalow -- and were dealing with structural issues from the original log construction that created weird floor slopes and angles. K&Q were adaptive, responsive, and really skilled at their work -- was so happy to have found them!”

“This business has done all of our floor work--they have replaced one bathroom floor with ceramic tile, they have replaced carpet in five rooms twice, and they have installed new hardwoods in three areas. I have also purchased a hall runner from them. Their impressive service begins in their showroom where competent sales persons help with selection based on needs and cost. Their options are many and varied. They also worked with me each time to select installation dates that worked with my schedule. Each time, the workers appeared on time and completed the jobs as expected without breaking or harming or destroying anything. If I have any questions, the folks at this business answer them without complaint. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it! Even though I have had a huge number of dealings with these people, I have never had a problem or complaint. In this day and age, their services are indeed rare and to be respected. I will always call on them for any and all of our floor needs.”

“We have had Roman refinish our floors a couple of times. Once in our previous home in Cary and twice in our Apex home. His work is outstanding. It is beautiful, the cost is reasonable, and there is no dust to deal with. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my floors!”
