“DEC installed wood flooring and baseboards throughout my home. Prior to installation the team grinded the concrete floors applied adhesive and poured self leveling throughout the entire ( excluding restrooms) 2700 ft house. Once that process was complete they installed the flooring and baseboards. All work was done very clean with attention to detail. They also addressed my concerns throughout the installation process. The floor has no soft areas or bounce areas due to the self-leveling that was placed prior to installation. Yes self leveling process is pricey however your end result is excellent. I am extremely happy that we went through the correct process. I have spoken with other people that have the same type of flooring and did not do this process and have bounce and soft areas. We are pleased with our final product and are happy with DEC on not cutting any corners on the installation.”

“Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work. “Jim just recently completed very complex limestone dining room walls and a limestone with mosaic kitchen backsplash in our brand new semi-custom home in Temecula. The finished product is nothing short of stunningly beautiful, with perfect workmanship. Jim is an artist. In addition to developing a perfect layout and application plan, Jim was also challenged with horribly poor construction of walls from our builder, requiring significant floating to ensure the material was appropriately and evenly installed. We have much more tile and stone work to do in our home, some replacing poor workmanship from our builder and other new applications. Jim will be the only professional who will do tile and stone work in our home regardless of where we live! In this day and age when this high level of craftsmanship is so hard to find, we are thrilled we waited, did our research and selected Jim. It's refreshing to find someone who takes pride in his work product and is honest! Thanks, Jim!”
