“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

Every person I worked with was professional, had extensive knowledge of the types of flooring options, respected my home and my budget, and was very pleasant in these interactions. The crew led by Juan Jose was on time and worked each day more than ten hours to assure completion was on schedule. The entire team worked with great care, with a goal of wanting to exceed my expectations, which they did. My flooring is stunning. From choosing the hardwood flooring to the carpeting, to even the vent coverings, each step of the way was managed brilliantly through to clean up. I am delighted with the results and highly recommend them!”

From the day we walked into their showroom until the day the work was completed, we dealt with pleasant, skillful, professional people who communicated with us regularly throughout the project.
