“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

“Jay gave me a new home. Seriously. He put bamboo floors in my 1300 sq ft octagon removing the 23 year old cheap carpeting. It has been said in other reviews - but I will repeat: his attention to detail is amazing (and I'm picky), his communication is great - I always had a heads up on what was going on and he is just a nice guy (truly nice). Gave him the key to my house with no reservations and did not regret it. My whole house is finished - but if I ever need to put hardwood floors in any other place - I will wait to get on Jay's calendar. I had no idea what I was doing, but thankfully Jay did and he made sure everything, every detail was right. Hire him. You will be very happy you did.”

From the day we walked into their showroom until the day the work was completed, we dealt with pleasant, skillful, professional people who communicated with us regularly throughout the project. Susan stayed on top of the project throughout, informing us of the work schedules, schedules that were always met. The installers were pleasant, skillful, and thorough.
