“We utilized the services of “By the Sea Design and Construction” for an extensive renovation of five bathrooms and a second floor. As a first consideration, what was the quality of their work. It was exceptional- the crew has skills ranging from basic framing to quality carpentry with attention to detail from beginning to completion. Next, the subcontractors, tilers, painters etc. did an excellent job, working diligently to create a quality output. For example, the paint crew repainted one wall three times to get the proper finish (the wall had a poor basic from prior work). Next consider the management and customer support. Nickie is both a well-qualified construction designer with extensive knowledge of the available construction alternatives and understands the critical relationship between the customer and her firm. She has been in the business from the ground up long enough to know the potential problems and the tested solutions. I have had three houses built and done renovation on four others. From my prior experience and recent work with By the Sea, I fully recommend this firm for your building needs. You will be satisfied.”

“Terry and his staff put in a Stone Fireplace and Mantel and Hearth in my paneled home. He then put in a new floor in my family room and kitchen and hall, and next we will put new carpeting in my living room. Each step of the way he was accurate and used top quality product each step of the way. His worker associates were respectful and hard working. The clean up was amazing and quick, I have 3 cats and at no time were they in any danger. He was there at the start and the finish of each event and made sure all went according to plan. They helped me move my furniture out of the way of the install and were there to move it all back again. An over all amazing job well done! I would hire them again in a minute A happy customer!
