“Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”

“When I decided to put wood flooring in my home I knew it would be a big job. R. W. Taylor, Inc took out the existing tile floor and put in the most elegant beautiful wood floors that I've ever seen. They came up with ideas that I did not think of, like bordering off my entry hall and dining area in a Herringbone design (which is simple amazing). Many friends have complimented on my floors. I liked R. W. Taylor, Inc quality of work, expertise and crew so much that I also had them put their wood floors in my weekend home.
