“Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

“Wanderly and his team recently sanded and refinished the floors of our new condo in Tribeca. As a first time homebuyer, the process of choosing a flooring contractor was nerve-wracking, but Wanderly was really great throughout the whole process, from discussing colors and treatments to showing up on time every day and finishing the project in 3 days exactly like he promised. He was extremely nice and easy to work with, and he was so responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. We have white oak floors which we finished with 2 coats of Woca Extra White, and they turned out absolutely amazing. Wanderly can do anything, but really excels at knowing all about the latest options for hardwood oils like Woca and Rubio Monocoat. He's done amazing work in high end buildings all over Tribeca, and we couldn't believe what a difference the floors made in our new home - they really stand out and give it a very high end feel, and the price was extremely reasonable - a small fraction of the cost of ripping up and putting in new floors.
