“My small basement was in desperate need of renovation. Honestly, it was gross and I dreaded even going walking through it (to get to the backyard). Although small, it was made into a basement apartment with small kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. I wanted to renovate by removing the kitchen & shower & creating a rec room with a space to exercise. Didn’t seem like a big deal and a simple job. I contacted a few reno companies however, they either wouldn’t accept the job because it was too small or were overpriced. A colleague mentioned Simpson Built Flooring Solutions and the great work Colin did on their flooring. So decided to contact & meet Colin. After the meeting, it was clear that I would trust my gross basement/reno job to Colin. From estimate through to completion, Colin kept me informed of each step, updated costs (if we agreed to it), provided options and worked hard to complete the project on time. Colin did a great job! I’m extremely happy with my rec room & do not ‘dread’ going down there. It’s comfortable & I’m confident in the quality of work Colin did. I still get complaints from everyone about the transformation. If I have another job, I will contact Colin first. Highly recommend Simpson Built Flooring Solutions & Colin!”

I met with both and had a good vibe from Gabor. I love that it's a family business and they all work to do a fantastic job and ensure you are satisfied with your install. “I highly recommend Ralph and his team for any tile installation his team installed new flooring in my kitchen and powder room and I also had them complete the backsplash in my powder room . I am a very picky individual when it comes to my home and without reservation I would highly recommend focus on flooring , I have had so many good and bad experiences with different companies and I am glad that I can say from my own personal experience I could not find anything wrong with the job . His team we’re on time and Came to work Ready. Trust me if you are super picky and find mistakes with every little thing in your home, I suggest you hire this company for your next job . No headaches and reasonably priced . In my opinion renovations are always very stressful there is nothing worse than working with a company that is either lazy or comes to work unprepared , which is the complete opposite I focus on Flooring !! Thank you Ralph for making my home look beautiful !”
