“Lori is exemplary, combining all the important skills and traits that one would want in a professional. She is extremely product savvy, listens well, enjoys her role as a support person and follows through on all aspects of a sale. We bought new carpet for our home from her and had a problem with the product. She handled all the communication with the company, helped us select new carpet, arranged for the installation, all without us paying an extra money. We trusted her to complete the job even though we were out of town. We confidently recommend her to all!”

“I had Al Tupper help me with the update for our family room. He was very helpful, informative, and professional. His subs were great and always on time. i gave him my ideas and he said we can do that, I was so surprised,that I only had to go to him and he arranged everything, from the new counter tops, carpeting, and carpentery work. The room turned out cozy and beautiful.”

“Its been almost a month since Old Town Hardwood refinished our horrible hallway and I am STILL AMAZED every time I look at it now. It was partially painted with nails and yuck. These folks came on time and in just three days it was transformed into a beautifully rich colored satin finished surface. We are very very thrilled with how it turned out. “We had some water damage to our wood floors and so glad we found the craftsman service company. I called about 5 companies for bids and there were guys that came late to the appointment and we’re unprofessional or just seemed untrustworthy. These guys were honest and hard working guys. We ran into a couple issues with the hardwood we chose but the guys still did an awesome job. They look great and couldn’t be happier with their workmanship. Thanks guys!”

“I wanted to see a specific Hallmark Floors engineered wood product in person and found NWDC under the dealer locator. I was happy to find that they were local after spending months touring Seattle and beyond. The showroom floor is large and open, well organized with many reputable manufacturers I recognized from my favorite Instagram interior designer blogs. Reps were helpful, knowledgeable yet gave me room to explore on my own. I especially appreciate Nicole's straight, no frills advice. The products she could offer, she knew them well. Walking into these big warehouses can be overwhelming but my encounter with Nicole reminded me that building a home should be an experience and fun at that. I happily support this local business.”
