R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate. “All-Wood Flooring has done two major refinishing jobs on original wood floors of our 1922 house, long hidden under wall-to-wall carpeting. We could not be happier with the results. The work was done promptly and as scheduled, including coping with long-hidden surprises such as a burn mark in one room and some water damage in another. The Grimaldis managed to get the jobs done without covering the rest of our house with dust, and they used some kind of magic finishing formula that had only the faintest, short-lived odor—on which we could walk on the floors in our stocking feet within hours. The rooms were spotless when they were finished. Highly recommended.”
