“What an amazing,meticulous, professionally run family business that makes the process of replacing flooring stress free as well as providing beautiful flooring. I needed to replace the carpet in my bedroom with hardwood and Mike Flanders was the only one who provided a thorough explanation that addressed the process (as well as needed minor fixes to have the floor properly installed(replaced carpet to hardwood). He also provides quarter round trim and felt for all of the furniture to avoid scratches which are great time saving perks. The other two estimates from other flooring companies basically blew in the door to measure the area, providing an estimate without the extra perks or knowledge of what I needed in matching correct wood to the great room hardwood floor or the minor repairs needed to do to have the floor look right in certain areas.
