Even after they had applied the stain and finish we agreed upon, when the color of the floors on the first floor (original wood) to the stairs and floor upstairs (new wood) - caused by the variance in the wood installed by our main contractor and nothing that could have been prevented by AZ Hardwood - they were willing to experiment with another mix of colors to get them to match.
