We have had a maintenance plan with you for many years. We are very satisfied with the technicians you have sent to our home, particularly Jonathon. We are not enthused about being price gouged. We had a zone heater switch installed today that cost $675.00. Jonathon was here about 15 minutes. The most expensive cost of this part I found on the internet was $120.00. I decided to go through with the repair, but I'm not pleased at being taken to the financial cleaner. Both my wife and I are very upset and will probably be looking for a new vendor. Dave Smith was one of the most professional business man I've ever had the pleasure to contract with. Dave is friendly, knowledgeable, and a great listener to our concerns and budget. The installers were very courteous and neat and instructed us thoroughly on how to operate our new heating and AC system. I'd HIGHLY recommend w.f. smith to anyone.

WFSmith has sold us new systems in the two homes we have owned in NEWTOWN Pa area. Dave Smith is a real professional. He is very knowledgeable and able to communicate this knowledge in an understandable manner. They are clean prompt and do what they say. Very trustworthy employees who are real pros. No nonsense pricing. You can choose from a good system, to a better system, to the most efficient system. It doesn't get any better. You can rely WF Smith.
