Byron made the entire process transparent, involved me at all steps of the process & took the time to explain the what & why with a great deal of patience & respect. He was also very organized & work was completed as scheduled (or ahead of schedule). Minor changes were made as we went along & Byron always, always, always told me if the change would be more or less and by how much.
