We went to him with a concept of what we wanted to achieve with the block that we had, and he developed our concept through several iterations to the final design. He then prepared all of the working drawings required for building approvals and for actual construction. We were very happy with the service provided by Mario and his team, if we challenged aspects of the design he was not defensive, but instead listened and took our comments into consideration for the next iteration of the design. “Richard designed for us an extension to our 1917 weatherboard house. This incorporated an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens out to an alfresco area. Richard created an extension with the "wow" factor incorporating into the design some unusual features that were part of the brief. Richard is a passionate and creative designer who is solution focused. He was diligent, observant and considered in his role and we felt very supported by him throughout the whole build.
