First and foremost, Barrett's stands behind its installation and will do everything possible to make sure the system runs perfectly. I have been impressed with all facets of my experience with Barrett's, from the planning with an expert salesperson to the installation of the smart home products in my new home. Experts in all facets and really pleasant to deal with.

Deciding on a backyard entertainment center and having it installed could have been a daunting project. But the staff from Barrett’s TV made it happen for me with professionalism and care. Thanks to all the staff. Ross, Dave, the instillation team and the on-call technician.I had just finished landscaping my backyard at the end of spring. I told Jerry at American Gardens of my wish to include an entertainment center in my dream backyard. He had worked with Barrett’s TV before, and found them very responsive to customers and suggest I give them a call. I did make that call and as the saying goes, “the rest is history.” Barrett’s TV staff made an appointment with me on a Saturday morning at my house to find out exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. Within a few days, I was provided a cost and timeline. A convenient time that fit around my busy life was scheduled for the instillation. I am not particularly tech savvy and wanted to easily be able to use the equipment. The staff was amazing and made sure use of all the equipment was easy for me to use. They even have an afterhours call center where I could ask questions, which is a great service. I enjoyed my TV and music in my backyard all summer and so have my guests. Barrett’s TV made my backyard dream a reality surpassing my expectations.

We had Barrett's redo our entire home to set it up on the Savant Home Automation system, including setting up whole home audio, our entertainment unit (OLED 4k TV, 4k Blu-ray player, new sound system including customized speakers, etc.), home security, garage, front gate access, and HVAC thermostat. They tied each of these together on an integrated home automation system which we can access, including remotely, through one single app, that has also been integrated with our Amazon Alexa. I could not be any more pleased with the work they have performed. They were extremely professional, responsive, and courteous. They assigned a whole team to my project (Ross D., Dave D., Doug R., etc.) so I could easily contact someone with the many questions that would pop up that would be answered in less than day, and often they would send someone out on weekends (on top of having worked the regular week) to address various other things that would pop up time to time. I appreciated their current knowledge of the state-of-the-art technology available. I would use them again and, in fact, will most likely do so on another project to add a home theater, security cameras, smart locks, etc.

As an interior designer I've hired Barrett's to work on several client projects as well as my own home. Their product knowledge as well as customer service go above and beyond. They are my go to source for all things technology!

Barrett provided expert consulting and state of the art solutions for our home audio, video and smart control needs. They integrated our existing systems, which were consisted of diverse components of different ages, as well as a newly installed Sonos systems in a simple to use control solution. Their install technicians and system training professionals are top notch and they provide after-install trouble shooting and system optimization, much of which can be accomplished in real time remotely. I highly recommend Barrett and would use them again for our future audio and visual needs.

We are extremely happy with our recent purchase from Barrett's Technology Solutions. The picture quality on the the Sony 4K screen is outstanding. The Sonos Sound Bar provides great sound and a wide variety of audio options. Our new Salamander cabinet is very functional and is high quality piece of furniture that fits in nicely with other furnishing in the room. The Barrett;s team was outstanding from the sales process through the final installation. They demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and also provided excellent instructions on the use the remotes and products.

I have known Joe B. for many years. We recently completed a whole house home integration for one of my clients where the Barrett's staff was outstanding.
