Addison Design and Build were recommended by a friend/co-worker and we were very pleased from start to finish. We renovated 2 bathrooms within the given estimate and timelines. Loren and his team were courteous and professional, responding in a timely manner to calls and texts, providing adequate information on what the entire process entailed and what to expect, cleaning up on a daily basis and most importantly, ensured that we were happy and content with the final product. We had a 10/10 experience with Addison Design & Build for our basement renovation. We added a powder room to our basement, and finished our laundry room area in our 100+ year old house and the final product was exactly as we envisioned. We hired Addison Design and Build to completely renovate , underpin and fully gut our hundred year old residence in the beaches. I moved into an old Victorian on a small, dead-end street in Cabbagetown and had some upgrades done by another contractor: it was a challenging and stressful experience. AND THEN I got to know the Addison Lead Project Manager who was leading a total renovation on a neigbour’s home and he very kindly agreed to take on my few remaining projects: opening up the back of my house with new patio doors and transom and required carpentry and exterior repairs and painting. He also provided contact with his trades for a new HVAC system, plumbing emergency and work from which I feel I received top notch attention. I was very impressed with the Lead Project Manager including his recommendations, selection and coordination of trades (all great!), the regular status updates, overall project oversight and adjustments where required, and most of all - his very fine eye and attention to detail. Projects were completed on time and on estimate. Throughout the major renovation, the LPM and his tradesmen were always very respectful of the neighbours, personable, polite and very clean. I am very grateful he was agreeable to take on my relatively small projects. With a good and clear conscience, I highly recommend the Addison Team for workmanship and for a totally stress free and collaborative undertaking.

We hired Addison to renovate a 100 year old home which was basically a complete rebuild of the home in 3 months. Not only did they complete the project in the duration, they exceeded all of our expectations. Very professional, honest and upfront about everything involved, and most importantly they have integrity.
