His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. “Mike and his crew are great. He is very responsive, and will make sure that you have an end product you are satisfied with. He installed a master bath in our new house's third floor, in what previous contractors had said would be "impossible" or overly difficult due to the sloped attic roof. The results are phenomenal, and we were able to select every element we wished, from fixtures, tile, tile placement, trim, and details, such as edging and baseboards. The crew was kind, flexible, and moreover, they are polite and easy to be around, which is vital if one works from home. Mike replies promptly to texts, and always calls or stops by when something isn't clear. We stayed firmly within budget, completed the job for an extremely reasonable price, and his contractors detected and fixed leaks caused by the work of a local contractor we had previously hired--we will always be grateful for that. When we didn't like an element or noticed mistakes, we told him, and it was no problem and it got fixed, even if creative problem-solving was needed. We would recommend ByHome without hesitation to anyone.”

“Top Notch work and prices that are right on. I do a lot of construction myself and hire Chris when I need his help. I always get an estimate of time and materials and in most cases he is below my estimate. Most importantly, he does excellent work and is on time! He has tackled a range of projects over the last 9 years from fine carpentry to major construction....I would not go elsewhere unless he was too busy to fit my timeline! Biggest job was erecting a 9,000 sq foot steel building...came out excellent. Smallest job's were re-pointing bricks on industrial 2 story building (I figured 2 days, he did it perfectly in 1.5 days.); and installing a new deck railing at my home....again fast and excellent.”
