“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough! “I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“Our experience with Kevin Crouse Audio Design has been a 10+. Kevin transformed our old Stereo/TV system into a surround system with universal remote. You feel as if you are sitting in a movie theatre rather than our den. The sound is sensational! Kevin brought subcontractors into the project for custom woodwork. The project was seamless. The workmanship and follow through were meticulous. A year later, Kevin made an evening house-call to help us with a problem that presented with our system after a power outage. Kevin has been back in our home to run wires through walls and cabinetry to hide cable boxes. He treats large projects and small projects with the same level of professionalism. “We are a custom builder, and CWC is our exclusive subcontractor for low voltage installations. This includes cable TV, data (internet) and voice (phone) lines, speaker and entertainment systems, camera and alarm systems, intercoms and equipment controls like thermostats. Mike and his team work at the speed of light. Their installations use the highest quality materials and Mike is always up to date on the latest and greatest technology. We've used him and multiple installations and he continues to impress. We just finished a high end home in Queens NY and Mike was integral in installing the video intercom/doorbell, 7.1 surround sound entertainment systems in the master bedroom and mancave, audio speaker systems throughout the house, and data/voice cabling. We currently have him working on a Smart TV/audio entertainment system on a new mancave in Merrick NY and the owner is ecstatic. We have the highest praise for his work and we will continue to utilize him for all our projects.”
