“With more and more of today's home audio, video, and automation being internet driven, it requires a company that has the latest knowledge in internet networking and programming of home processors and switches. Global Wave excels in this and all other fields related. Our client had an existing home system that was unpredictable with "lock ups" and a home AV processor that was very unstable. After contacting Global Wave, they came, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work starting with improving the homes internet infrastructure, then continued on to the homes processor. After resolving a kaleidoscope of problems I can definitely say we could not have found a better company to work with than Global Wave Integration.”

“I gutted my Master Bath Down to the studs last summer and thought a TV above the whirlpool tub, would be nice. I researched online and found Evervue. I worked long distance with an excellent representative named Jackie. Her product knowledge & helpfulness throughout the sales, service ad follow up were fantastic. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”
