“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

The process of working with them was absolutely delightful, we continue to be grateful for the experience. They were good listeners, thoughtful problem solvers, creative, respectful of our budget, and very reassuring and responsive during the building process. We built in a neighborhood with historic zoning and Michael Ward was particularly knowledgable about the process of working with the historic commission. While working with them was very professional, designing a home is also very personal. Michael and Kaitlyn made it easy for us because of their great personalities and their unique abilities. We miss them and would love to work with them again.”
