“We finally decided to replace our 25 year old windows and sliders. This was not an easy decision considering we have 33 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We had 3 different companies come out and give us information and estimates. Although all estimates were comparable in price, Michael Lewis (sales) far surpassed the others with his knowledge and experience. He provided us details and recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. He has a wonderful attitude and made this process go very smoothly. Since Ameristar manufactures their own windows, and their factory is located in Riverside, I was invited to take a tour before deciding. I met with Maribel who gave me a tour. What a treat to see American made products being manufactured right in my own home town. I was sold! My beautiful new windows were completed and installed exactly as proposed. The installers were very professional and it was obvious they know windows and love what they do. Once again, Michael Lewis was outstanding in over seeing the project. He was on-site during the installation and clean up. He even jumped in and helped out. He definately provided us great customer service and went well above his expected job duty. If you are looking to replace windows, give Ameristar a call. You will be so glad you did!”

“The Estimator that came to my house, explained to me my retrofit windows and how they would install the windows. Though they carry Milgard, Anlin Windows Systems, I decided to go with Simonton Window Brand. My Proposal was very Fair compared with other Window Companies. The reason I chose California Replacement was their knowledge, patience and genuine care for the Home Owner. I purchased Simonton Double Hung windows for my dining room, and awning windows for my bathrooms and a Picture Window for my living room.”

“R.B.I. has been around awhile, and Ric Babcock gives his expert opinion quite freely. He doesn't carry everything, and mostly deals in high quality doors and windows. On the mountain, that's important. He also carries, or at least can get for you, all the hardware you might need. R.B.I. doesn't have a big staff, so it's more of a personal experience you'll have with Ric. He has a small showroom that he can show several line of products. He spoke highly of a line of windows that he didn't carry, but the owner really wanted. It was for a project I was working on in Lake Arrowhead. We didn't get the windows from R.B.I., but we picked out a beautiful front door that was very unique, and the owner had to have it. The door was a Jen-Weld fiberglass beauty, and because of the extreme weather, especially on "the rim", it was perfect. Ric also recommended a decking product, Evergrain, that we decided to go with. It was a manufactured material made of recycled material that was a lot denser than the well known "Trex" brand. It has held up well through the years. Ric was on time and very responsive to our needs on the project. I'll always use Ric, for he has a wealth of knowledge on building materials.”

“Paul came to my home for an estimate to replace my home windows and replace a sliding door with new French doors. He was knowledgeable and honest and wasn’t pushy like some of the other companies I got quotes from. Crew was good, installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Really happy with the results of my home window replacement in Anaheim. I will definitely use Metropolitan High Performance Windows again. Thank you!”
