“Premier did the geothermal system for our new house. They are the ultimate professionals. The work was tidy and thoughtful from the wells drilled to the ducting inside the house. Recently we had a minor problem with the system. The service technician came right out to check on it. What I found remarkable was that instead of making excuses or blaming the fellow who had omitted a part, he said, "This is my fault. I should have noticed this when i did your start up." That spoke volumes to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a dying breed of man who takes responsibility and makes it right.”

“This contractor was very professional, reasonably priced, and overall great to work with. They were prompt, finished on schedule and even did a follow up. They were on time to do the job and was very informative. They actually walk you thru the process of the repairs and is very patient with any questions that you may have. The contractor actually educated me, the homeowner, as to what was going on, how to take care of my new product, and provided great customer service. i will definitely reccommend them to others. i will also use them again if the need arises.”
