“Had Central AC and Heat Pump stem installed in my home when other contractors said it could not be done due to the age of the home (built in 1948 with very small duct working area) . I am more than please with these guys! They were all very professional and (for the most part) cleaned up when the work was done. For the first time in 18 years we have enjoyed our home in the summer without the noise and expense of several window units.”

After talking with them and getting quotes we decided to go with Jody because of his experience, great reviews and excellent pricing. When installing the new units Jody found a leak in one of the existing lines that took a lot more work and time to fix. He went above and beyond to fix a mistake the original builder had made and did not charge us extra. We feel lucky to have found an HVAC contractor who is so knowledgeable, fair and honest. “During a bathroom remodel we found a leaking shower valve. We completed their online service request form (http://www.myplumber.com/schedule-service/). After 4 days without a response we called and were helped immediately. We also requested a replacement spigot and adding a shut-off valve so it wouldn't freeze. Work: new shower valve, spigot w/shut-off They provided same day service and actually came early. The plumber showed up within about an hour of our service call. He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes. The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”
