I am more than please with these guys! They were all very professional and (for the most part) cleaned up when the work was done. “During a bathroom remodel we found a leaking shower valve. We completed their online service request form (http://www.myplumber.com/schedule-service/). After 4 days without a response we called and were helped immediately. We also requested a replacement spigot and adding a shut-off valve so it wouldn't freeze. Work: new shower valve, spigot w/shut-off They provided same day service and actually came early. The plumber showed up within about an hour of our service call. He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes. The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”
