“This contractor has been very prompt, courteous and extremely helpful in performance of their twice yearly inspection and cleaning of my Air/Heating equipment at my residence. They have gone out of their way to provide complete cleaning, servicing and examination of critical components of the system, to include advising me of potential future problems with the equipment. When they say they will visit the home at a particular time and date they arrive on-time, often arriving with two repairmen, and always calling before the arrive to alert us. I would never hesitate to highly recommend their services to other families.”

They diagnose the problems, explain what's happened, and repair/replace only necessary parts. All service persons are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their work quality is excellent and their prices are lower than average, though not the lowest. I expect to keep Air Services of the Carolinas as my HVAC experts for the future.”

“This company installed a a new air conditioning and heating unit for us. They responded the same day we called and came out to see what the problem was with our old system. The air conditioning compressor was toast and they explained our options of replacing the compressor or buying a new system. We discussed it that night and called them the next day and told them we wanted to replace the unit. The owner came right out and showed us the options for new units. We picked one and they were at our house they next morning to install it. They put down drop clothes everywhere they walked. It only took them until 2 P.M. to finish. The guys cleaned everything up, removed all the boxes and our house was cool by 4 P.M. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick, but thorough. I didn't like the thermostat that came with the unit, so they brought out other choices, explained them all and let us decide if we wanted to upgrade. We didn't think businesses gave that kind of service anymore and we would highly recommend them!”

“Description Of Work: Checked furnace and both AC units, cleaned, installed insulation, recommended we have vent pipe storm collar sealed as water is leaking onto the furnace. Justin was punctual and efficient. He patiently explained what the issues were and what he recommended. We have used Race City Heating and Air on two previous occasions, felt confident calling them again and see no reason to ever need another company.”
