“Hermes Martinez arrived at our home to advise us how to restore our air conditioner which had stopped working during a heat wave in early July 2023. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very thorough. He had to get on the roof of our two story home to inspect the air conditioner unit and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor. He went beyond this finding to ask how he could access the second story ductwork to ensure whether faulty ducts were or were not contributing to the problem. This required accessing a very small attic space through a very small access hatch. Finally, he installed a new capacitor only to determine that the unit’s motor had also failed. He did not have a replacement motor on hand but would have to order one which would not be possible until the following Tuesday, the 4th of July. We explained that our son, his wife and infant baby were due to arrive from out of town on the 4th and since the baby could not tolerate the heat in our hot house we’d have to cancel their long-planned visit. Hermes went far beyond professional duties to rearrange his own schedule to install a replacement motor on Monday, July 3rd even though he would have to do this on his own time, thus avoiding cancellation of our family get-together and saving the holiday. We give him the highest possible review for professionalism, integrity and simple kindness.”

“Nathan and his team at Nicholas Mechanical Install a 16 seer energy efficient AC system and new ducts at my home. I had multiply companies come out and give me BIDS, but I choose Nathan not only for his competitive pricing but also his companies organization every step of the way. Ramona the office manager contacted me and kept us in the loop every step of the way and Nathan and his team answering any questions we had during the install. They told us it would be done in 2-3 days and sure enough it was completed in the 2-3 day window. The one thing that Nathan’s Bid shined over the rest was the attention to detail he had it broken down (Explaining everything thing we were getting for the contract.) Included in his installation was a NEST thermostat which me and my family LOVE has made our life easier be able to Monitor it while were away and the kids are home. We have white carpet in our home which Nathan saw and right away explained that before install starts that drops cloths are laid down and everything that needs to be covered, will get covered with plastic. That was very impressive to me at least!!! I will definitely recommend Nicholas Mechanical to all our friends and family!! Thanks again to Nathan and your team we look forward to seeing you in the winter time for our routine maintenance!!”

“20th Century added a/c to our existing furnace, and the results have been great! It took them a single day, and they included a wifi thermostat. They were very clear in advance about what their work would and would not include, and their price was fair. We had the option of several different units, and the one we chose was slightly more expensive but more economical to operate. I would gladly have them back for any job, but two years later there hasn't been any need for repairs.”
