The real shout-out is for helping me resolve a problematic Noritz tankless water heater problem. It was installed when the house was built (by another plumbing contractor) but had recently become an issue as it was suffering from delayed ignition/backfiring, which caused a loud popping sound as too much natural gas was building up in the ignition chamber because the unit was taking 3-5 attempts before firing up. A Kliemann senior service tech made several trips to my house - conversing with the local Noritz distributor and customer/contractor tech support on possible causes & remedies. Kliemann's Service Manager got the problem resolved on my behalf, compelling Noritz to agree the unit was faulty and that they would cover a new unit (including installation charges) under a warranty claim. Kliemann are very professional and customer oriented!”
