“My aunt lived with no heat for 6 years in Long Beach. We found AARD; Rose and Andy, and their team, and I asked that they work with me and have me in meetings because I didn’t want my aunt over charged or oversold, and she is 80. Wow! They really treated my aunt like family, with respect, and explained everything. My aunt who ‘didn’t want air conditioning because she has lived 50 years in the house without it’, decided to include it. They finished the work so quickly, AND neatly. (My aunt’s heater had actually blown up under the house, and it was completely removed and she had a small amount of asbestos —-which AARD removed) There was excellent communication throughout and my aunt is so happy! It’s wonderful that she never has to worry about heat and cooling. It just works! The controller for the system was easy for my aunt to use…the house is comfortable. Well, MY AC WENT OUT! I live near Whittier. I called Andy & Rose, and Andy and his Team came out. This house is old and it had multiple crazy systems and all the old junk was removed, new system installed, it works great. And, AARD works with a financing company too. This was a great HVAC system for my family and still the great communication, neat job —- very tidy, and you can call them afterwards if you have anything come up. They answer the phone! It’s like having a family member in the HVAC business! I asked Rose and Andy how they got started, because they are really good communicators and they each worked for other companies before starting AARD, so they have experience, but they also know how to assess each job and figure out what really works for your home. Very, very satisfied with TWO HVAC installations. Oh! And the new units are smaller and AARD provided a Nest controller, that communicates with my husband’s cell phone! He didn’t get out of bed one night and adjusted the heater!”
