After years in the Real Estate industry, both in Southwest Florida and New England, Banyan Interiors was established to address the needs of customers who were ready to make a change and needed guidance on staging, sale preparation, downsizing and then interior redesign when they moved. I received my Certified Color Expert designation after successfully completing the R.E.S.A. accredited course through Color Perfect Home; that led to certification in Home Staging through the Home Staging Resource. These certifications only enhanced my experience in being able to identify what Buyers look for in a home and bringing that to each project. I love design and my goal is always to make that evident in each of the spaces that I work with. Whether it is Occupied Staging or Vacant Staging, I bring my knowledge of the local real estate market, a seasoned expertise in marketing and the ability to listen to my clients and provide them with a service that sets their property apart from all of the others.
