“I love the furniture selections as well as the excellent advice and service provided by the in store decorating team of experienced sales staff. To me, the prices are reasonable for the quality of furnishings offered. I would have given this establishment a five star rating, but a few years ago when we bought some bedroom furniture, we had a broken part that was very difficult for us to get repaired or replaced via the store. We eventually repaired it ourselves. This was probably a glitch as the new store was being built and the management of the store was changing hands from the father to the son, because we have bought a lot of furniture from Swanns over the years and never had a service issue before. Overall I continue to be pleased and will buy again from Swanns in spite of this one experience.”

She is delightful and so knowlegable about all aspects of decorating. She chose a granite for my kitchen that I would have never thought of. Like I say, she is like having a great friend over.”

“Jill Ornelas drew the plans for my house, she helped me make decisions throughout the process, from brick, stone, paint colors, cabinetry, flooring, etc. We had a basic style design, but needed a lot of help with the details. She worked with me for almost 2 years, from the planning, drafting, being there during construction, and afterwards with the interior design. She shopped for furniture and accessories, worked with the subcontractor on window treatments, and was an instrumental part of making our dream home exactly the way we wanted it. I highly recommend Jill, she works extremely well with her clients. Previous to building my house, I had worked with Jill on a remodel at my office. She did an extraordinary makeover of our office, with a new kitchen area, new flooring, window treatments, paint, and furniture. It turned out really well.”
