“We hired Maison Studio to remodel our living room, entry way, staircase, picture galleria and 2 bathrooms. They also selected all new furnishings and interior touches. Kim Dean and Saxon Curpier did a wonderful job of capturing all that we wanted. They were very responsive to our needs and came up with the concepts and designs that brought new life to our rooms. I really wasn't sure what I wanted, but they worked with me until we found the perfect design and color scheme. Once I understood the high caliber of their design, I came to rely heavily on their suggestions and judgment. I feel like I got a whole new look and it was their fresh perspective that made the difference. We never used our living room, it was just a big room with no useful purpose. Now we use it every night. I still just sit and admire it. :-)) The project was on time and within budget, although i must say they found some truly unique pieces that I just had to have, so the price did go up a bit, but that was my decision. I will use them again on any future projects.”

Before she even began, she talked to us about what we wanted in terms of look and feel, and about our budget, and made sure we had common expectations about what we were going to do. My husband and I are pretty design ignorant, so we relied on Shannon to make a lot of the decisions (although I'm sure she would work just as well with a client who wanted to be more hands on).
