I create spaces that feel good and function well. I am involved in all areas of the project so that it is completed in a cohesive manner. Shannon designed my kitchen for me. This is the first time I have done a major remodel in my home so I was clueless about where to begin. Unfortunately, given COVID and my work schedule it took much longer to get the kitchen done. She was very patient with me and was a great help in making choices for appliances, colors, countertops. An even bigger decision was choosing the contractor. I am so glad we went with her choice. We had a problem with the countertop and the contractor was instrumental in getting the fabricator to replace it. At the beginning of the contract, I told Shannon that if there were any issues, I wanted her to be the go-between so that I didn't have to deal with contractors. She did that in a very kind and gracious, but effective manner. I highly recommend Shannon and am looking forward to using her on another project soon.
