What began with replacing windows in our 1962, 4200 sq. ft. house, ultimately became a whole house renovation and along with it a sense of panic! We spoke to just the right person who recommended Deb Seeley and we are forever grateful!! Deb organized a plan to get us moving in the right direction, understood our financial limitations, listened carefully, and executed the plan BEAUTIFULLY! Her sense of humor, professionalism, determination "to get it done right", her eye for detail, her patience, and ability to "calm the waters" makes Deb a DELIGHT to work with!! Because of her insight and talent we have a "dream house" which we could have never envisioned and for which we are THANKFUL every day. We whole-heartedly recommend Deb Seeley!!

We can't say enough about our experience with Deb Seely and her expertise in designing and remodeling our kitchen and family room areas! Her attention to detail was incredible. Our old kitchen was transformed into a beautiful space we are enjoying to this day! The cabinetry, tile, granite, paint colors and brand-new fireplace and mantle Deb designed were exquisite! She worked within our budget to give us exactly what we wanted. We loved Deb's work so much that when we bought our second home in Sunriver Oregon we consulted her about her ideas and thoughts on remodeling our new home. She drew up intricate plans on a new stone fireplace, picked out paint colors for the entire home, and gave us future ideas on remodeling the kitchen and how we could better use the space. Deb exceeded our expectations in all areas!

I have always counted on Deb Seeley to give me great advice. She is an expert on color selection. I have loved the design work she has done for my dining room/library and my bedroom. The cabinet work is gorgeous. I would highly recommend her for any project.

Deb was the designer for a remodel of our 1970's kitchen. The existing kitchen had a peninsula with cabinets above that severely limited the ability for people to gather/converse in the room. Deb worked with a remodeling contractor who did the demolition and install. She provided a great design for us with lots of modern touches but with a traditional feel. She stayed involved throughout, working with the contractor to ensure that all aspects of the design were implemented appropriately. This of course required tweaks to the design as construction issues arose. She was very effective in working amenably with the contractor to solve all of these problems. She also worked with a furniture maker to implement an island design that was an echo of the furniture maker's custom design for a beautiful asian/arts and crafts piece. This aspect was also reflected in various moldings and built-in accents in the room that gave it a truly one-of-a-kind look. Deb worked hard to find all of the right touches and to work with the contractor to make them happen as envisioned. The room was featured in the 2012 HBA Remodeled Home tour. We remain extremely happy with our kitchen and with Deb's work to give us more than we expected. We look forward to working with her again in the future. Deb designed a remodel of a 1952 house that we had recently purchased. The remodel involved creating a space for the addition of a powder room, changing the entry, creating a new entry into the master bedroom, changing closets, creating closets, and redesigning a Master bath. Also, an addition of 8 feet of space to the family room. She also guided me in hardware selection, marble, lighting, and paint selection and tile layout for the shower area. We are so very happy with our new living space - could not be happier! Deb had helped us with a kitchen remodel in our previous home - we knew her work and trusted that she would listen to our wishes as well as give us ideas that we would never have come up with that we would really enjoy. Deb is able to deal with challenges that come up, is an advocate for her client when it comes to situations with subs, and when corrections or changes to the plans are in order. I would definitely recommend her.

We have worked with DEB SEELEY, DEB SEELEY DESIGNS, on three different home projects: a total kitchen remodel, a vacation home upgrade and a new home construction. Deb incorporated design modifications and upgrades, working with our contractor to create the new home we desired to build. She was frequently on-site supervising work and regularly kept us informed of progress. The vacation home project included new carpet throughout, stonework, interior painting and new lighting. Deb skillfully designed a kitchen remodel, maximizing efficient use of space with our personal needs in mind. Deb has a wide knowledge of people and resources for all elements of design, construction and remodeling. Deb is a gifted designer with talent and expertise to manage and accomplish any design project from start to finish. She is an excellent listener and guide; she is able to capture client needs and ideas as she turns them into a beautiful finished product. Her grasp and understanding of color, fabric, texture and space is unmatched. Deb was a delight to work with. She was not only concerned about creating a beautiful kitchen design, but was equally concerned about its functionality. She took the time to question us and observe how we used our former kitchen, before creating a well thought out and attractive design. MS Seeley is a Professional Interior Designer, that provides an excellent service for a reasonable fee on both residential and commercial projects. Her ability to optimize a space layout, and resources for material selection always amazes me - plus, I like the fact that she uses many of the suppliers that we enjoy working with. Deb has a great eye for colors both interior and exterior; and has the ability to push the issues; tells me to relax, it will be perfect - and that's before I've seen her bill! Building exterior colors always fit/complement the neighborhood - and that's a repetitive comment from neighbors at several locations in NW Portland and Newberg. Her ability to stay within budget, and availability during construction are a big plus - Its nice to be able to call and receive a call back while still at the job site. We highly recommend Deb! She helped us remodel our kitchen, master bath, second bath and laundry room. The well though-out design plan she created for our project made the construction part go smoothly and her knowledge and experience added value to the end result. Not only did our project turn out beautiful, but it is also very functional. One of her biggest strengths is incorporating how you live into the design plan so the space is custom and meets your needs. She has excellent communication skills that were helpful when dealing with multiple vendors and the general contractor. I felt her billing was exactly what I expected and she always met our deadlines. We are very pleased with the results.

Deb Seeley, what can we say, she is a life saver and world changer!! We first met Deb at The Portland Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes. From the beginning and throughout our extensive remodel, Deb was at our side every step of the way. We had finally met a true professional who would actually listen to us and continually advise us as to what our options were and the corresponding costs and benefits. Deb was not timid about letting us know if she felt we were headed in the wrong direction and always had a creative alternative. Deb’s drawings, plans and material lists, were utilized, daily by our contractor and their subcontractors. Before we ever started our project, Deb met with our contractor and our main subcontractors, to insure that they were of the quality that she expected. She was willing to fly into our location, several times, to inspect and insure the quality of our finished project. We are totally pleased with our newly remodeled home!! We can't tell you how important and cost effective it was for us to employ her services. Regrets? Yes!, we regret that our remodel is done and we don't have another one to do with Deb!!

Deb designed a new office, utility room, den, master bedroom and walk in closets. Her design and materials were exceptional. Deb listened to our ideas and came up with exactly what we wanted in our home. Deb was a delight to work with, always on time and worked exceptionally well with the contractors. She did an amazing job keeping the integrity and original design/style of the house in mind when creating the new design and the end result looks original, not like an add on. We call upon her each time we're ready to update/refresh a new portion of our home.
