ELB Design performed the design and build out on my master bathroom remodel. After performing a complete tear out to the studs on a 27 year old leaking bathroom, ELB installed an elegant contemporary bath with a jetted tub wrapped in granite, a large shower with 5 water outlets and custom cabinetry with enormous storage. ELB provided all subs including framers, tile setters, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc. with daily supervision of crews, smooth scheduling and negotiations as situations warranted. She solved multiple remodel dilemmas shepherding us through the process of integrating two very different style preferences (his and hers) with great skill.

Etty from Elb designs created my kids bathroom and my daughter's room. Both jobs were creative and out of the box projects. If you want someone that will make your project special to you, etty is your person. She listens to what is important to you. We still get compliments every time people see the job.

Etty listens to her customer's need and understands what is required in a very creative way. She always thinks outside the box.Every time I've worked with Etty (several times), she has always worked within the predetermined budget. She has redesigned almost all of our house including the garden, and it was always fun to watch the reaction of everyone who saw the house. We have hired ELB Design for three different projects. Etty redesigned our kitchen three years ago. The redesign involved completely gutting the old kitchen. Etty has a special talent for putting every square inch of space to use and as a result our new kitchen functions perfectly and with all the new found space we have room for all our kitchen tools and supplies. Two years ago Etty helped us redesign our dinning room and bar. She opened up a wall between our living room and dining room making the space look twice as big. Where once we had a "bar in a closet" we now have a very contemporary functional space that enhances our entertaining space. More recently, Etty converted our pull down access to the attic by adding a set of stairs that we actually can get up and down. Now we have tons of accessible storage space!!! Etty has great color sense--she knows how to make hue, value, and intensity work to achieve the aesthetic that you want. We love that we now live in a world of color. If you have a project and you want advice about what colors really go together...Etty is the person that you want to hire. Now we have an out of state unplanned move in our lives. You guessed it: every person who has viewed our home has commented favorably on Etty's work. Our only regret is that we can't take her with us so that she can work the same magic on the new place. Well, maybe we just fly her up...it would be worth it!!!

Etty is the best! She did an amazing job guiding us through the whole remodel process and made it very easy for us to make decisions. We remodeled a 1949 house and she did a great job managing the different aspects to our project, working quickly and efficiently. We wanted to keep as much of the original charm to the house while bringing it up to code, incorporating green building efficiencies and making it to fit our life style. From designing the kitchen (to include everything on my wish list), the lighting, to maximizing wall space to fit our art collection-- I was especially impressed by her creativity, passion around the details, and overall outstanding customer service. Our home is stylish, comfortable and very functional. Etty is talented and fun -we just love working with her. Since the remodel we have continued to tap into her expertise. We cannot say enough positive things about working with Etty.

ELB Designs is the best with which I have worked. The owner, Etty, listens to her clients and incorporates their desires while providing helpful information and offering creative ideas. She is conscious of the budget and is able to find the best products at the lowest cost. We are in the process of completely remodeling my 40-year old kitchen. We completed the living room and dining room and will tackle the bathrooms next. She is excellent at discovering the style and tastes of her clients and thus can minimize the time I need to spend picking out all the appliances, materials, etc. She offers suggestions but, once I have made a decision, she supports it completely and "goes with it."
